I am telling you step-by-step methods.
1) Turn on the computer first, Run Antivirus.
Remember to Use only the best Antivirus, don’t use free Antivirus. Scan Antivirus & delete detected files.
2) Turn off the internet connection.
Click Windows + R on the keyboard.
Your Run will open.
There you will type – % temp%
Then Enter
There you will found some files, now select all & delete.

5) Open Control panel
Click –System and security> administrative tools> Defragment and optimize your drives.
Now there will show Drives, Select C drive >Analyze.
After Analyze complete click on Optimize.
